Tullow Developments Ltd. Pakistan Chachar Gas Field Development consists of a total of three wells for an aggregate production of 30 MMSCFD. Surface facilities consists of Separation, Sweetening for H2S removal, and Dehydration as well as provision for future compression. Scope of Work includes Detailed Design (Process, Mechanical, Civil and Electrical), Module Layout, Procurement, Construction Management, Commissioning and Start-up.

Permitting, Engineering, Procurement, Drafting, Project Management for a 150 MMSCFD gas processing facility for gas containing 15% nitrogen and 64% CO2. Utilizes the Selexol process with unique energy recovery solutions to minimize fuel gas requirements.

Vintage Petroleum Yemen Inc Yemen TG Engineering was responsible for design and supply of a dehydration package with a design flow rate of 10 MMSCFD. A self contained skid manufactured in Canada and shipped to Yemen including inlet separation, conventional dehydration, hydrocarbon skimming, electric drive pumps, PLC control panel and programming.
Pakistan Oilfields Limited Pakistan The Pindori Gas Plant Expansion consisted of debottlenecking the existing plant to increase capacity to 50 MMSCFD from 35 MMSCFD by adding refrigeration capacity, and revamping the LPG fractionation train. Scope of Work included conceptual and FEED Study with detailed CAPEX/OPEX estimates. Conceptual study also included an option for deep cut LPG recovery via mechanical refrigeration and also by expansion/recompression.
Devon Canada Energy Eaglesham Engineering and Project Management for the Eaglesham area installing wellsites including installation of sour service separator packages, various line heaters and associated pipelines. Installation includes all regulatory, detailed design, procurement and construction management support.

Conceptual, FEED, and Detailed Design for pipeline, delivery and receipt facilities for 15 MMSCFD associated gas supply to a 50 MW power generation facility. Crude Oil Central Processing Facility, produced water handling, potable water treating system, open drain upgrading.
Vintage Petroleum Yemen Inc. Yemen TG Engineering Inc. was responsible for design and supply of an Inlet Manifold package with a design flow rate of 10 MMSCFD gas and 65,000 Bbls day oil. A self contained skid manufactured in Canada and shipped to Yemen including inlet pressure control, group and test header systems.
Devon Canada Energy Turner Valley Review and modifications of all facilities in the Turner Valley area, to ensure they complied with all safety, EUB and environmental concerns. Modifications were made to 5 Satellites and the main Central Battery including the installation of API 620 pressurized tanks, upgrades to the water and oil treating facilities. The facilities were over 50 years old, and required some fairly major modifications and upgrades.
Devon Canada Energy Normandville Review of the central battery in the Normandville area to ensure it complied with all safety, EUB and environmental concerns. Modifications to the main Central Facility including installation of a blower and compressor, new water tank with skimming systems, vapor recovery and flare upgrades.
Newalta/Petro Canada Ft. Mackay Installation of Centrifuge oil treating Facility (Chloride Reduction Project). Modification to main central facility included installation of new solids pad, new centrifuge building with associated flocculent and process packages, piping, completely new centrifuge piping and building, feed tank, and a pump skid. The centrifuge building was elevated approximately 5 meters in the air and three portable skids were installed in the building. The building was elevated to allow the solids to drop into storage containers.
Newalta/EnCana Foster Creek Responsible for the installation of the Foster Creek centrifuge oil treating facility. Modifications to main central facility included installation of new centrifuge skids with associated flocculent and process packages, piping, completely new centrifuge piping installed in an existing building. The centrifuges were elevated to allow the solids to drop into storage containers. The project utilized modular construction for all the skids and centrifuge modules.
Newalta Gordondale Upgrade of the Gordondale oil treating facility. Modifications to main Central Facility included installation of new solids pad, new centrifuge building with associated flocculent and process packages, new piping, complete new centrifuge piping building.
Newalta Stettler Upgrade of the Stettler Oil Battery treating tank farm. Modifications to main central facility included installation of new secondary containment, new oil tanks, new piping complete with concrete utilidor and new central piping building. The complete tank farm was moved to a new location, with minimal disturbance to production operations.

The units were completely packaged on three separate skids and were transported to the Dallas area of Texas for operation.

NOVA Chemicals Inc.   Ethylene Pipeline. Provide PLC programming, engineering, design and start-up and commissioning of the Modicon PLC based SCADA system for the control of block valves and ESD systems with communications between the PLC and a Daniel Flow computer. Total of 25 sites.
BP Canada   COEd Pipeline System. Provide PLC programming, engineering, design and start-up and commissioning of the Allen-Bradley PLC based SCADA system. Remote sites incorporating PLC controls of pumps, valves and custody transfer metering, Modbus communications to motor protection relays, flow computers, DCS and telemetry equipment. Total of 50 sites.
BP Canada Rangeland Rangeland Pipeline System. Provide PLC programming, engineering, design and start-up and commissioning of the Allen-Bradley PLC interface to existing Amocam RTU system.
